Qingdao Jianhua Food Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise which mainly produces slaughtering/cutting and processing equipment for pigs, cattle, goats, and poultry. The net site area is 50,000 square meters, and the total assets are 8,967 RMB. It has the following affiliates: scientific research centre, foundry, installation department, after-sales service department, five production departments and three factory regions. There are 320 workers in our company, including 38 engineers.
We are absorbed in innovation and brand protection for many years. We have already developed and put into use of the equipments for pig/cattle/goat/poultry, which are assessed and identified by the experts for its advanced standard in technical data and combination property. And the leading products for pig/cattle/goat have filled the gap in China, and achieved the EU standard, which can totally replace the same products abroad.
Pig slaughter equipments: Automatic three-point (head and heart) electric numb machine, steam type scalding tunnel, spiral unhairing machine, automatic singeing oven, etc. The products are very salable both at home and abroad. Our main customers in China are Gaojin Group in Sichuan Province, Kanglv Food Group in Sichuan Province, Qinglian Meat Co.,Ltd in Zhejiang Province, Legang Group in Shandong Province and Haerbin Meat Company Heilongjiang Province. And many foreign customers in North Korea, Vietnam, Russia, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.
Cattle slaughter equipments: Twice leg hanging reverse box, carcass processing auto-convey line, red viscera quarantine auto-convey line, Disc type white viscera quarantine auto-convey line, belt white viscera quarantine auto-conveyor line, etc. These products are in good sale both home and abroad. The main customers are Nanyue Group in Henan Province, Hongda Group in Liaoning Province, Xinfeng Food Co.,Ltd in Liaoning Province, Bingxi Group in Heilongjiang Province, Haoyue Group in Changchun Province,etc.
